Flight Support Service provides independent travel support services for customers seeking to book new flights or manage existing flight reservations.

Our services may include flight searches, new reservations, existing booking assistance, flight changes, cancellations, seat selection assistance, baggage assistance, upgrade enquiries, and other reservation-related services.

1. Our Role

Flight Support Service is an independent travel service provider. We are not an airline, aircraft operator, or airport.

Flights are operated by the applicable airline shown on the customer's ticket or itinerary. Flight Support Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by any airline unless expressly stated.

Displaying or discussing an airline, flight, fare, or airline logo does not mean that Flight Support Service is affiliated with that airline.

2. Flight Bookings

We can search available flights and provide available options based on the information supplied by the customer.

Flight availability, prices, schedules, taxes, baggage allowances, and fare conditions can change at any time before confirmation.

A flight is not considered confirmed until the applicable reservation and/or ticket has been successfully issued and confirmation details have been provided.

3. Existing Flight Reservations

We may assist customers with existing flight reservations, including reservations originally booked through us or reservations for which the customer requests assistance.

Changes depend on the airline, ticket conditions, fare rules, availability, and the applicable booking system.

We cannot guarantee that a requested change, seat, upgrade, baggage service, refund, or other modification will be available.

4. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

- Passenger names

- Dates of birth

- Travel dates

- Destinations

- Contact details

- Passport or travel-document information

- Special assistance requirements

- Frequent-flyer information

Customers should carefully check all information before confirming a booking.

5. Airline Rules

Every ticket is subject to the applicable airline's fare rules and conditions.

These may include restrictions relating to:

- Changes

- Cancellations

- Refunds

- No-shows

- Baggage

- Seats

- Upgrades

- Check-in

- Travel documents

- Schedule changes

Airline rules may vary depending on the fare purchased.

6. Prices and Service Fees

The amount payable may include the airline fare, taxes, airport charges, supplier charges, and applicable Flight Support Service fees.

Where a separate service fee applies, the applicable amount will be disclosed before payment.

7. Payments

Payments must be completed using an available payment method.

A payment request or payment authorization does not necessarily mean that a ticket has already been issued.

Ticket issuance remains subject to successful payment, availability, and applicable ticketing procedures.

8. Seats, Baggage and Additional Services

Seat selection, baggage, upgrades, meals, lounge access, priority services, and other additional services may be subject to separate airline or supplier conditions.

Once confirmed or provided, these services may be non-refundable where permitted by the applicable rules.

9. Flight Changes and Cancellations

Airlines may change flight schedules, aircraft, routes, operating carriers, or other elements of an itinerary.

Where a change or cancellation occurs, available options depend on the applicable airline rules and circumstances.

Customers should review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold all required travel documents.

This may include passports, visas, transit visas, electronic travel authorizations, entry permits, and other documents required for the journey.

We may provide general information or links to official resources, but customers remain responsible for their own travel-document requirements.

11. Third-Party Providers

Our services may involve airlines, reservation systems, Global Distribution Systems, payment processors, airports, technology providers, and other third parties.

Third-party services may have their own terms, conditions, policies, and limitations.

12. Website Use

Customers must not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
