Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
Flight Support Service provides assistance with new flight bookings and existing flight reservations. Refund and cancellation conditions depend on the applicable airline, ticket, fare, supplier, service, and applicable law.
1. Before Purchasing
Customers should review their itinerary and applicable conditions before completing payment.
This includes:
- Passenger names
- Travel dates
- Flight times
- Destinations
- Fare conditions
- Baggage allowance
- Change conditions
- Cancellation conditions
- Applicable service fees
- Ancillary-service conditions
2. Airline Tickets
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules of the applicable airline.
Some tickets may be refundable, some may be refundable subject to a cancellation charge, and some may be non-refundable.
Where a refund is available, applicable airline penalties, supplier charges, or other permitted deductions may apply.
3. Service Fees
Where Flight Support Service charges a separate booking, processing, or assistance fee, that fee may be non-refundable once the requested service has been performed or processed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Cancellation Before Ticket Issuance
If a customer requests cancellation before ticket issuance, the outcome depends on the status of the reservation, payment, fare, and applicable supplier rules.
A reservation being held temporarily does not necessarily mean that a ticket has been issued.
5. Cancellation After Ticket Issuance
Once a ticket has been issued, cancellation and refund eligibility are determined by the applicable fare rules and airline conditions.
A cancellation request does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
6. Refund Processing
Where an airline or supplier must approve or release a refund, processing times may depend on that provider.
Once a refund has been processed, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's original payment method may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Airline-Cancelled Flights
If an airline cancels a flight, the passenger may have options under the applicable airline policy and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, options may include:
- Rebooking
- Alternative flights
- Travel credit
- Refund
- Other remedies offered by the airline
We can assist customers with available options but cannot guarantee an option that has not been approved or offered by the airline.
8. Airline Schedule Changes
If an airline changes a flight schedule, available options depend on the nature of the change and the airline's applicable policy.
Not every schedule change qualifies for a refund or free change.
9. No-Show
If a passenger does not travel and does not cancel or modify the booking before departure, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
No-show conditions can result in loss of ticket value or additional restrictions.
10. Seats and Ancillary Services
Seat selection, baggage, upgrades, meals, lounge access, priority services, and other ancillary products may have separate refund conditions.
Once an ancillary service has been confirmed or processed, it may be non-refundable unless the applicable airline or supplier provides otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.
11. Refund Requests
Refund or cancellation requests can be submitted using:
Email: support@flightsupportservice.com
Customers should provide:
- Passenger name
- Booking reference
- Ticket number, where applicable
- Contact details
- Details of the requested cancellation or refund
12. Duplicate Payments
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
13. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
